Eligibility & acceptable use. You warrant that you hold the legal rights to every model
you submit, and that you are not a sanctioned party or acting for one.
Model handling. Per our Model Handling Policy (security page), incorporated by reference.
safetensors-only; pickle-based checkpoints are refused.
Service nature. Functional diagnostics of internal signal flow. NO warranty of accuracy
improvement, hallucination elimination, or regulatory compliance. Risk labels are v0 heuristics.
IP. Reports belong to you. The pipeline, probe design, fact sets, calibration data and
methodology remain Tetracta IP. No reverse engineering of the pipeline.
Indemnity. You indemnify Tetracta for artifacts you submit (rights, malware, unlawful content).
Liability. Capped at 12 months of fees paid; no indirect/consequential damages.
Data protection. DPA (GDPR/KVKK) available for paid tiers; subprocessor list on the security page.
Publicity. Default OFF — your name/logo is used only with written per-instance approval.
Export compliance. We screen applications; you must not submit from restricted jurisdictions.
