Open beta. Registered accounts may submit free browser scans of eligible public model revisions through the 7B class, within their account quota. Models above the 7B class are not scanned in this beta. Results remain research-stage. Payment collection and invoicing are disabled.

1. Eligibility & acceptable use. You warrant that you hold the legal rights to every model you submit, and that you are not a sanctioned party or acting for one.
2. Model selection. You choose which public model revisions to scan. That choice, its licence compliance and any consequence of scanning a given model rest with you. Tetracta does not verify your entitlement to any model you name. Admission checks the service applies exist for Tetracta's own operational, safety and legal reasons; they are not a review of your rights, not an endorsement of your choice, and not a confirmation that you may lawfully scan what you submit.
3. Model handling. Per our Model Handling Policy (security page), incorporated by reference. safetensors-only; pickle-based checkpoints are refused.
4. Service nature. Research-stage, validation-pending measurements. NO warranty of accuracy improvement, hallucination elimination, or regulatory compliance. Structural outputs are descriptive; no calibrated risk/pass-fail grade is provided.
5. IP. Reports belong to you. The pipeline, probe design, fact sets, calibration data and methodology remain Tetracta IP. No reverse engineering of the pipeline.
6. Indemnity. You indemnify Tetracta for artifacts you submit (rights, malware, unlawful content).
7. Liability. Capped at 12 months of fees paid; no indirect/consequential damages.
8. Data protection. No paid pilot is activated unless the applicable counsel-reviewed DPA, subprocessor annex and signed order pack have been delivered and their exact acceptance recorded.
9. Publicity. Default OFF — your name/logo is used only with written per-instance approval.
10. Export compliance. You must not submit from a restricted jurisdiction. The current waitlist records your attestation only; paid onboarding remains unavailable until a reviewed independent screening procedure is operational.
11. Termination. Deletion obligations survive termination.
